Today Evenflo announced a recall of its Majestic high chair, as a result of plastic caps and metal screws that may loosen and fall out. These screws and caps present a choking hazard to children, and can cause the seat back of the high chair to fall out. Injuries reported include broken bones, cuts and abrasions, and bumps and bruises to the head. More than one thousand reports of caps and screws having fallen out have been received to date.
